Do You Freeze During Presentations?

Become speechless? Tongue-tied? Break out into cold sweat?

I just happened on this graphic from Psychology Today. When I coach clients with this issue, we often work on things like practicing and preparation. Sometimes we work on calming the nervous system in these situations.

But some of these are interesting! Have you tried any of these, other than more practice and better preparation?
