How About Some Laughing Today?

I mean, REALLY LAUGHED.

GUFFAWED.

LAUGHED TO TEARS.

UNTIL YOUR STOMACH HURT.

FOR JOY.

MASSIVE TICKLING OF YOUR FUNNY BONE.

REALLY LAUGHED.

Yes? No? If no, why not?

A client recently asked me to coach him on how to be more funny. Around his friends. At work. In life.

What a great project! It made me dig deeper into humor and how to be more funny. It also brought to light the researched benefits of laughter. The Mayo Clinic reports:

Organ stimulation through more oxygen intake and release of endorphins.

Activates stress response and relieves stress and tension.

Improved immune system.

Pain relief.

Coping with difficult situations.

Connect with people.

Improve mood.

And all you gotta do is LAUGH. Either by yourself, or better yet, with others.

So not only do you get benefits, but everyone around you gets benefits as well.

Go laugh NOW (like Amazon Prime NOW). Laugh with someone else. Laugh with a crowd.
