Man, discomfort sucks right?
It feels, well, uncomfortable!
Maybe even painful! Do you feel all sorts of feelings welling up inside you when you are in discomfort? All sorts of negative self talk? Something else?
Sometimes, rightfully so, you should run away from discomfort, especially if it’s leading to a place of pain and harm.
But other times…maybe not…
